“Gear Up For Summer” with NJ Audubon Nature Stores Sale

Support New Jersey Audubon and pick up some really cool gear at the Nature Stores “Gear Up For Summer” sale, from June 3 – 6. On Saturday, June 5,, Pete Dunne, internationally acclaimed author on birds, birders and natural history, will be signing his new book Bayshore Summer: Finding Eden in a Most Unlikely Place. Pete will be at Lorrimer Sanctuary from 10 am – 12 noon and at Plainsboro Preserve from 3 - 5 pm.

Proceeds from Nature Store sales help support the centers themselves which year round offer conservation education, nature classes and general community enrichment by keeping accessible trails and natural resource areas for families, school and civic groups.

Each store is offering a discount of $ 5 off of $25, $10 off of $50 and $25 off of $100 (excludes optics, tripods, and plants.) This is in addition to discounts one receives if they are a member. If you are considering membership please visit us online for various packages. Packages are reasonably priced and currently a special is being offered at $30 for an individual and $35 for a family membership. Visitors to the Nature Stores can purchase their membership at any store during the sale days.
